Mac Barbell and Fitness History

MAC was started in 1980 Doug Patterson. Doug is well known in the power lifting world. Doug held several world records in power lifting to include a dual 1452lb dead-lift that he accomplished with his brother.  
MAC is 100% built in the USA. From start to finish, each item is completed in Grand Prairie Texas.  I am the Production Manager, but my background is Welding/ Fabricating. I ensure that the quality of our product is second to none. Because of my background, we are able to customize any piece to your specifications.
We have a complete line of Plate Loaded Machines, as well as Selectorized. We also build Deadlift Platforms with custom logos printed on them. We can match the color of the equipment with your school colors.
All of our equipment frames have a powder coat finish. This baked on process is more durable and will outlast any traditional painting process.
